Privacy Notice
This notice reflects the current early-access website. We will update it if our service or data practices change. Some operational details, including provider retention periods, must be confirmed against production configuration.

Controller
Zahid Karakaya, an individual based in Riga, Latvia, is controller for personal data described here. Contact: contact@senthion.app. We have not designated a data protection officer. Whether an EU representative is required depends on our establishment and processing; contact us at the address above with questions.
Data we process and why
For the early-access form, we collect the email address you submit and the selected language to manage your invitation request and communicate with you. We use this information to take steps at your request before providing the service and, where appropriate, our legitimate interest in managing the beta. The static site may also be served with routine technical request data (such as IP address and browser information) by its hosting provider for delivery and security. Do not submit sensitive personal information through the beta form. Data collected by the signed-in product, when available, will be described here before general launch.
Recipients and processors
You have indicated that the site uses Netlify, NextAuth, Google Analytics, and Google email. Netlify may host the website and process beta form submissions; it may process request and form data to deliver, secure, and operate the site. NextAuth (also known as Auth.js) is authentication software, not by itself a hosting provider; authentication data is also handled by the application host, database, and any identity provider configured with it. Google Analytics may process usage events and device/online identifiers for site analytics, and must remain disabled unless you consent. Google email (such as Gmail or Google Workspace, depending on your account) processes email addresses and correspondence to send and receive service communications. The website’s fonts are self-hosted; loading them does not contact Google Fonts. Netlify’s and Google’s processing locations depend on your account, configuration, and service; they may involve transfers outside the EEA. Before launch, verify the exact Netlify products, Google services/accounts, authentication identity providers, database and hosting vendors, and contract terms. Put appropriate processor agreements and applicable transfer safeguards (such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses where required) in place. Review current provider privacy information: Netlify (https://www.netlify.com/privacy/), Google (https://policies.google.com/privacy), and Google Analytics (https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245). We do not sell personal data. senthion does not provide or select an AI provider. Users connect their own AI tools and providers. If you choose to connect a tool or make senthion content available to it, that provider may receive and process the information you choose to share under its own terms and privacy notice. We do not control that provider’s processing; review its terms and settings. Confirm the actual integration flow to ensure senthion does not itself transmit content to the provider.
International transfers
Some service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. The actual destinations and transfer safeguards depend on the providers selected and hosting configuration; these must be verified before launch. Where required, we use an applicable transfer mechanism and safeguards. Contact contact@senthion.app for information about applicable safeguards.
Retention
We keep early-access signup details while your invitation request is active. You may request deletion at contact@senthion.app. The exact deletion timing for provider systems, technical logs, and backups depends on provider settings and must be confirmed before launch; we will retain data longer only where required by law. Product account and content retention periods will be stated before the signed-in service is generally available.
Your rights
Subject to conditions and exceptions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing; withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing. Contact contact@senthion.app. You may complain to your supervisory authority; in Latvia this is the Data State Inspectorate (Datu valsts inspekcija). We respond within GDPR deadlines and may verify identity.
Legal bases and legitimate interests
Our legitimate interests include operating, securing, and administering the beta website and preventing misuse, balanced against your rights and expectations. Providing an email address is necessary to request an invitation; without it, we cannot send one. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and may withdraw consent where consent is the basis.
Cookies and similar technologies
This website uses browser local storage to remember your theme and language preferences. The consent interface stores your choice (accept or reject optional analytics) in local storage so it can be respected on later visits. These preferences are not analytics. Google Analytics is the analytics provider you identified; it must not run or set non-essential storage unless you choose “Allow analytics.” You can change your choice using “Cookie settings” in the footer. Fonts are served from this website without a connection to Google Fonts. We do not knowingly use advertising cookies on this site. Verify the deployed site and provider behavior for any additional cookies or storage before launch.
Automated decisions
We do not currently use personal data for profiling or solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
Children
The service is intended for people aged 18 or older and is not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact contact@senthion.app.
Security and changes
We use appropriate technical and organizational safeguards. No online service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this notice and will indicate the revised date; material changes will be communicated where required.
