Terms of Service
These terms describe the current early-access website. We will provide applicable terms and pricing before offering paid features.

1. Provider and contact
senthion is provided by Zahid Karakaya, an individual based in Riga, Latvia, (“senthion”, “we”, “us”). Contact: contact@senthion.app. Registration number: not applicable (individual; none provided). VAT number: not provided; applicability to be confirmed.
2. Agreement and eligibility
These terms govern access to senthion’s website and services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) and legally able to enter a contract. If acting for an organization, you confirm authority to bind it.
3. Service and changes
senthion provides tools to store, organize, version, export, and use documents and other AI-work resources. Features, availability, integrations, and limits may change. We will give reasonable notice of material changes where practicable. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
4. Accounts and security
Keep your credentials secure, provide accurate information, and promptly tell us of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account except to the extent caused by our failure to meet legal obligations. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or comply with law, and will explain and provide a means to challenge where appropriate.
5. Your content
You retain your rights in content you submit. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, reproduce, process, and transmit that content solely to operate, secure, and support the service and as you direct through its features. You confirm you have rights to submit it and that its use does not violate law or third-party rights. You are responsible for backups and for reviewing content sent to external AI providers or connected services.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the service unlawfully; infringe rights; upload malware; interfere with security or operation; attempt unauthorized access; misuse integrations; or submit content you are not entitled to process. Do not use outputs as a substitute for professional advice or rely on AI-generated content without appropriate review.
7. Third-party services
Integrations and third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for their independent acts or services, subject to mandatory legal rights. Review their terms before connecting or transferring content.
8. Fees and cancellation
The current early-access registration is free and does not require payment. No paid subscription is currently offered through this website. If paid features are introduced, we will display applicable pricing, taxes, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms before purchase. You may withdraw from the early-access list or request account closure by contacting contact@senthion.app. Any statutory consumer cancellation rights are described in the applicable pre-contract information and are not limited by these terms.
9. Consumer rights and withdrawal
If you are an EU/EEA consumer, mandatory consumer protections apply. For paid digital services, provide legally required pre-contract information and obtain any express request/consent needed to begin performance during a withdrawal period; do not use this paragraph as a substitute for compliant checkout disclosures. Nothing here excludes non-waivable rights.
10. Intellectual property
We and our licensors own the service, branding, and underlying software. Subject to these terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.
11. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, intent, gross negligence where prohibited, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or other liability that cannot be excluded. For business users only, to the extent lawful, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss or loss of profits, data, or goodwill; our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months. No limitation applies where prohibited by law. These limitations do not apply to consumers where prohibited by law.
12. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may terminate or suspend for material breach, legal necessity, or material security risk, with notice and an opportunity to remedy where reasonable. On termination, access may cease and content may be deleted under the retention terms in our Privacy Notice. You should export content before closure.
13. Complaints and disputes
Contact contact@senthion.app. We will attempt to resolve complaints informally. These terms are governed by Latvian law, without restricting mandatory consumer protections. Consumers may bring proceedings in courts available under applicable law. For business users, the competent courts of Latvia have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory law. The former EU Online Dispute Resolution platform has been discontinued.
14. General
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. We may update these terms for legal, security, or service reasons and will notify you of material changes; continued use after the effective date means acceptance where legally valid.
