Terms of Service

These terms apply to senthion.app and the Senthion workspace beta. Senthion is operated by its owner (“we”). By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.
Free beta; availability and changes
Senthion is currently a free beta provided for evaluation, not a paid or production service. Features, limits, integrations, and availability may change, be suspended, or be discontinued at any time. We may correct errors or remove features without notice. We do not promise that data or features will remain available indefinitely; keep your own copies of important content.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep your sign-in details and MCP access tokens secure, provide accurate account information, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity through your account. Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it unlawfully. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users or the service.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit or create, including tasks and saved skills. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, reproduce, and process that content only as needed to operate, secure, and support the beta, including authorized AI features you choose to use. We do not claim ownership of your content. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to submit it. Do not submit sensitive or highly confidential information.
AI features
AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete and should be reviewed before use. Browser-based AI may run on your device. If the optional Gemini fallback is used, relevant prompt and task context is sent to Google for processing as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not rely on AI output for decisions requiring professional judgment.
Beta closure and deletion
You may delete your account and associated workspace content through Settings or request deletion through our contact form. If we close the beta, we will give reasonable notice where practicable and provide a reasonable opportunity to export content using available export features. On closure, we may delete remaining workspace content; limited copies may remain in protected backups until expiry, or be retained where legally required. No paid subscription or customer contract is currently offered.
Our materials and third parties
Senthion's software, name, branding, and materials belong to us or our licensors. These terms do not transfer those rights. Third-party services, including AI integrations, are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
Disclaimers and liability
The beta is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Changes, law, and contact
We may revise these terms by posting an updated version with a new effective date. Applicable mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected. Questions or legal/privacy requests: use our contact form. Read our Privacy Policy.
